All programs are 100% secular and free of religious or ideological instruction.

3. Registration and Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Payment and Billing

  • Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

7. Class Attendance and Cancellation

  • Students are expected to attend scheduled classes on time
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must follow the program's specific policy
  • Missed classes without proper notice may not be refunded or rescheduled
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor availability or unforeseen circumstances

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, fluency levels, or employment results. Learning progress depends on individual effort, participation, and practice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arabic Dialects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Secular Education Policy

Arabic Dialects is committed to providing secular language education. Our curriculum does not include religious instruction, ideology, or doctrinal content. Instructors are expected to maintain cultural and religious neutrality in all teaching contexts.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to services at any time for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful. You may cancel your account at any time, subject to applicable refund policies.
